Here you will find details of:

  1. Apex Charitable Trust's mission, vision and charitable objects

The Nomination Process

The role of Trustee is crucial in ensuring strong governance and the clear strategic direction for the charity. The charity has undergone considerable change in recent years and has refocused its activities to work with offenders within the Liverpool City Region.

The Board is recruiting Trustees from the local area who will strengthen the Board's mix of skills, expertise and diversity, contribute enthusiastically and embrace the highest standards of conduct. We are keen to hear from anyone with a background in finance/accounts.

If you are interested in becoming a Trustee and wish to speak to someone informally, please contact me; Kim Hughes - Chief Executive (email at k.hughes3@apextrust.com or M: 07795 832045) in the first instance.

Trustees generally meet 6 times a year. Trustees' expenses for travel to Board meetings are paid, but the role itself is without remuneration.
