Young at Heart

Thursdays, St Helens, 10am-12pm

Our Young At Heart group is for anybody within the 60+ age range. Our goal with the group is to get the older generation back to socially mixing such as seeing their friends and family since Covid left a knock-on effect on them.

In the group sessions we offer more than just general chit-chat such as:

• Board games

• Arts and crafts

• Quizzes and puzzles

• Coffee mornings

• Trips out
